The configuration specs outlined in this guide are a reference on the minimum technology requirements to run Diligent Entities. Since Diligent is an Application Service Provider (ASP), minimal IT support will be needed for implementation. The configuration specs below are based off minimum requirements.

Diligent Entities Access

Diligent Entities is accessible through any modern web browser.
Customers must ensure their firewalls and proxies permit access to the Diligent-owned URLS / IP Addresses (currently *.blueprintserver.com) through TCP/IP Port 443.

Administrative users have read and write access to make site changes.
