The North America Blueprint User Meeting 2017 was held between March 28-31, 2017 in Orlando, Florida.
The meeting was a fantastic success as always and offered a great platform for Blueprint users to network and socialise with each other. Attendees were able to engage with the Blueprint team and Diligent’s key executives to discuss what we are doing well, what areas we can improve upon and any questions regarding the Blueprint OneWorld acquisition and future strategy as a Diligent company.
The presentations highlights included:
- Brian Stafford, CEO, Diligent Corporation presenting his vision for Blueprint OneWorld now we are part of the Diligent family and how they look forward to working with our North American clients to keep innovating and improving Blueprint OneWorld.
- how customers can assure data quality through Blueprint’s Review Manager, user involvement and automated attestations and certifications.
- the Five Phases of the Data Quality Model and Strategy by a client with thousands of worldwide editors and over 10,000 entities.
- a client’s use of Change Manager to automate approvals for banks, bank accounts and signers solving the need for visibility-into and control-over global bank accounts.
The meeting announced several new products including SMCR and ReportIt. Our SMCR solution provides a robust and clear framework to help manage the first two components of the SMCR (Senior Managers Regime and the Certification Regime) regulatory framework, designed to strengthen the accountability of senior individuals working in financial institutions. ReportIt is our exciting and improved reporting engine which allows users to easily and simply build, edit and customise reports on the entity data that is held within Blueprint OneWorld.
At recent events, we heard feedback from customers in areas related to support documentation, customer success managers and client education pieces like webinars and user groups. We truly value and appreciate our customers and look forward to the opportunity to continue to build upon the customer experience.
