Time Warner employs around 25,000 people globally and achieves annual revenues of over $27 billion.

 

The problem

Maintaining Time Warner’s corporate data is the responsibility of various administrators in multiple locations around the world. Time Warner needed a solution that would centralise and streamline their data management processes in order to improve accuracy and speed for tasks such as creating organisational charts.

 

Our solution

Blueprint OneWorld created a central depository to allow one data source for all administrators regardless of their location. This gave users the confidence to generate items such as organisation charts and reports with a higher level of accuracy.

 

Time Warner were also assured by Blueprint OneWorld technical support from offices across five continents which is crucial for any global organisation.

 

The outcome

Blueprint OneWorld allows Time Warner’s multiple users to access corporate data directly without going via the administrators, saving a significant amount of time.

 

Additionally, Time Warner no longer outsource items such as organisational charts as Blueprint OneWorld’s charting functionality delivers this need independently. Accuracy for such charts has improved with significant time saved due to the process being more automated.
