One data source removed inconsistencies  in data and works across all departments

Overview

Parker Hannifin is the world’s leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. The company employs approximately 57,500 people in 50 countries around the world.

The problem

Parker Hannifin needed a solution to maintain its entity information globally. It had to have the versatility to support an approval process that adhered to company policy and guidelines. The global nature of the company meant that secure and user defined access for all users was an absolute necessity.

Our solution

A committee consisting of U.S. and International Subject Matter Experts carried out an extensive RFP process before determining that Blueprint OneWorld best met the Parker Hannifin’s requirements. Blueprint OneWorld creates one data source for all entity data, including information from Legal, Tax, Corporate Accounting, and Treasury, so reports can be provided for a variety of teams as well as government, tax and accounting filings.

“Blueprint OneWorld is a great system, offers so many features and is always evolving. The (Blueprint OneWorld) staff is great and always listen to my governance and compliance needs.”

Angela Shorterage, Paralegal, Parker Hannifin

Blueprint OneWorld’s biggest advantages was that it could be tailored to Parker Hannifin’s processes and the provision of variable, secure access from multiple locations. It made necessary entity data readily available to the relevant departments so they could complete day-to-day activities.

The outcome

One data source has removed inconsistencies in data and supports the work for several departments including Legal, Tax, Corporate Accounting and Treasury.

“Training was helpful, and the continued assistance provided is very beneficial. I would and I have recommended Blueprint OneWorld.”

Angela Shorterage, Paralegal, Parker Hannifin
